Consultancy
Prices of consultancy services will be decided on a project-by-project basis and outlined in a Project Scope Agreement (PSA). Prices may vary based on the size of your business, the range of your website, and the distance of travel (for on-site meetings). One-half of the project's estimated cost is due upon signing and return of the PSA. Then, the work begins.

Insight Report | Website is a comprehensive written assessment of your small or medium-sized business's website (up to 25 employees). The report will identify bias and offer specific instructions for improving on matters of diversity and inclusion (for workers and clientele), including race, gender, and sexual orientation, but extending to disability, user experience, and the like. | Package begins at $500.
Insight Report | Operations is a comprehensive written assessment of your small or medium-sized business's operations (up to 25 employees). The report will identify bias and offer specific instructions for improving your workplace on matters of diversity and inclusion (for workers and clientele), including race, gender, and sexual orientation, but extending to disability, user experience, and the like. | Package begins at $1,000 and can include anonymous interviews with employees to accurately assess areas of their concerns.
Insight Report | Website + Operations is a comprehensive written assessment of your small or medium-sized business's website and operations (up to 25 employees). The report will identify bias and offer specific instructions for improving your workplace on matters of diversity and inclusion (for workers and clientele), including race, gender, and sexual orientation, but extending to disability, user experience, and the like. | Package begins at $2,500 and can include anonymous interviews with employees to accurately assess areas of their concerns.

The report will identify bias and offer specific instructions for improving on matters of diversity and inclusion (for workers and clientele), including race, gender, and sexual orientation, but extending to disability, user experience, and the like. | Package begins at $3,500 and can include anonymous interviews with employees to accurately assess areas of their concerns. Package comes with a one-hour virtual meeting or presentation with you or your company's representative(s).
Insight Report + On-Site Meeting is a comprehensive written assessment of your small or medium-sized business's website and operations (up to 25 employees). The report will identify bias and offer specific instructions for improving on matters of diversity and inclusion (for workers and clientele), including race, gender, and sexual orientation, but extending to disability, user experience, and the like. | Package begins at $5,000 (and can include anonymous interviews with employees to accurately assess areas of their concerns. Package comes with a one-hour on-site meeting or presentation with you or your company's representative(s).
Pricing Notes: Companies with 50 or more employees, complex websites and/or an abundance of marketing or other documents outside of the website should expect a beginning estimate of twice the amounts stated above. Ongoing projects will be billed on a monthly basis in excess of the initial pricing estimate.
